this past week was my beautiful, accomplished sister's 21st birthday... the celebration started with dinner at her favorite mac and cheese spot in downtown l.a. called pete's cafe. food was yummy; leo's plate was more delicious then mine but i'll survive. after some cocktails....we walked down to the mezz bar at the alexandria hotel to enjoy the live band for art walk. sitting their flashing back though all the corky memories,good times,bad times,laughter and life speech i realized that she has transformed into a beautiful, smart, loving young lady that i am proud to call my sister. this was a great night to many too come i can't wait to do this again or look back when we're old and grey... and laugh at our fashion, moments we shared that night or just sit in silent and reflect on the bond we've created together as sisters and as friends.
